Course Description: This elective course introduces online teaching techniques and technologies. Students will explore applications of e-learning in a variety of settings and discuss how constructivist theories apply to online teaching and learning. A practical, hands-on approach to apply a wide variety of online tools as well as a blend of synchronous and asynchronous components will be used to model an effective online course. *Quality Matters Certified (which means that the course has been reviewed by a panel of national experts and has met the standards of best practice for online and hybrid education).
