Course Description: This foundational course is designed to strengthen the ability of health sciences scholars to engage in effective writing through an emphasis on logical thinking as a critical element in the development and dissemination of knowledge. Learning experiences using on-line technologies will facilitate scholarly learning.

Other considerations: The first day of the course is synchronous - Date TBD. Course is based on space available and permission of instructor. Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Integrate logical thinking into the evaluation of the state of the science within a focused area of interest. 2. Apply a systematic process for knowledge dissemination 3. Incorporate scholarly writing skills to develop a manuscript for dissemination.
