Course Description: This is the first of a two-course sequence related to writing the dissertation proposal. This writing intensive course will emphasize the components of a thorough literature review. The final product will be a comprehensive, synthesized review of the literature specific to the student's area of inquiry. Prior to enrolling in this course, students must have a well defined area of inquiry.
