Course Description: This course is designed to provide an overview of the different types of helpdesks that exist as a single point of contact for managing customers’ problems, and the varying roles and skills required within a typical helpdesk. In addition, the course will cover troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office desktop applications, managing application updates and upgrades, as well as resolving folder and file issues.
