NEXus is pleased to announce the launch of the DNP Pilot online course exchange for Fall 2009. Five of our current members (Arizona State University, Oregon Health and Science University, University of Colorado Denver, University of Northern Colorado, and University of Utah) are participating in the DNP Pilot during the initial implementation phase.
DNP Pilot Guidelines:
- DNP courses are offered only to students enrolled in the participating pilot schools.
- DNP students are also eligible to take identified PhD courses from institutions participating in the DNP Pilot.*
- PhD students are eligible to take identified DNP courses from institutions participating in the DNP Pilot.*
- DNP students will have first priority in DNP course enrollment offered through NEXus; PhD students will have first priority in PhD course enrollment.
- Students must confer with advisors to determine if courses are appropriate before initiating the enrollment process.

DNP Clusters
Clusters are determined based on the academic strengths of NEXus Academic Collaborators and consist of a series of classes, all revolving around one central theme in Nursing. Courses unassigned to clusters can also be found here. Some PhD courses are also available to DNP students. More information soon to come.
